COBALT – a bluish-white metal – is atomic number 27 on the periodic table. This truth weaves through the fabric of the building, from the name of Lounge27 to the series of precise 27-degree angles.

The annex housing our co-working space is set off from the main building at 27 degrees. The flooring, lighting and acoustic ceiling baffles are all set out at 27 degrees. This beautifully complements the geometric Milliken carpets, angular Domus tiling and the pièce de résistance – a striking 9m-high Art Deco commissioned sculpture.
